Just a lovely experience. The room size was very generous, easily big enough for a family of four with space to spare. The staff were helpful and attentive. The ryokan is clean and quiet, and the location is perfect. The onsen experience was great, particularly the outdoor bath with views of the pagoda. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Absolutely loved it, would stay again.

location near park & restaurants, staff, onsens, mats on floor were surprisingly comfortable, shower great (hot & excellent pressure), staff changed room from living to sleeping automatically, view of pagoda

We tried a tatami room and futon beds for the first time and were surprised how comfortable we found them especially as we are older. We also had our first onset experience that was magical.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to Nara Park & restaurants approx 8min. The room is very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The public bath is nice, too. Not too big and clean. The hotel staff are very helpful and very friendly ❤️

The hotel was perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of many temples and shrines in and around Nara park. Very helpful and friendly staff

The staff was so accommodating and welcoming! Very helpful at everyday turn. Amazing dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Bonus was the great view of the temple from the outdoor Onsen. We had an incredible time!

It was a great experience staying in the traditional Japanese room, and so close to everything! Shops, food and sites! Staff was so friendly and helpful would stay again next time visiting Nara.

Breakfast was excellent with porridge, rice and so many dishes, including hot pot, fishes, egg roll, chawanmushi, vegetables etc.

Food and staffs are excellent! The location is very suitable to visit the scenic spot, like Tōdai-ji and Nara Park.
